RSS Feed (xml)I just talked to a dear friend whom I admire the most. We talked a lot and one of our conversations was our weight. We’re in the same boat wanted to lose weight. I myself I’ve gained almost 30 pounds within 5 months; my hard work long time ago was just a waste. Before I lost 28 pounds in 4 weeks and I’m sure I can do it again but my problem I’m too lazy to stick with my plan. We were laughing because indeed we’re both lazy! Perhaps weight loss pills can help us out.
